For a first time ever this Friday night, Ministry of Sound welcomes Quintino to its hallowed DJ booth. A debut gig long requested by The Gallery faithful, the Dutchman arrives after a tour of India last weekend – taking in the provinces of Goa, Uttarakhand, Karnataka and finally Uttar Pradesh. Places you may not have visited before, but affirm the global appeal which Quintino now commands amongst this genre’s connoisseurs. So before an onwards journey to the Philippines and Atlantic City, London awaits for a set list especially prepared – in order to thank UK fans for their support. As this week at The Gallery, the ‘Q FAM’ will travel to SE1 from all over the country.
It’s the track on Spinnin’ Records which has crowned their summer discography. A hit for all outdoor festival arenas over this season, a particular highlight was Tomorrowland 2018 – which prompted a massive main stage sing along. Check that pounding bass line and mammoth drop which is custom made for The Box!
Then to round off this week’s edition of the podcast, Quintino makes his debut on the show – by way of a thirty minute guest-mix (recorded live from this year’s edition of Tomorrowland in Belgium). Expect a similar format for Friday at Ministry of Sound, featuring a whole host of new track IDs plus the obligatory big-room anthems on Spinnin Records.
